Cadets Bring Back Classic Corps Jackets
The 2023 order window for satin jackets is now CLOSED.
THEY'RE BACK
The traditional Cadets satin jacket is back! After years of searching for a company that could deliver the quality expected for The Cadets, we have found a supplier. After months of searching for satin in the right maroon color, ribbing that would meet our standards, and embroidery of the highest quality, we have a sample jacket in hand!

This jacket is maroon and white satin with white snaps and maroon, white and gold ribbing. It is fully lined with white satin, which feels quite nice against the skin. Each jacket will be made in California, then customized with each Cadet's name and, if desired, section, in Erie before shipping to the recipient. Since these jackets are fully custom, the expected turn-around time is approximately 12-16 weeks from order to delivery.
The total price is $225 per jacket, which includes up to two lines of custom embroidery, shipping and handling.
Traditional, Cadets satin jackets may be purchased by corps members and alumni ONLY. We will continue to offer the contemporary, soft-shell jacket for staff and volunteers. Corps members and alumni may choose to order the satin jacket, contemporary jacket or both jackets.
The Cadets will take satin jacket orders once per year.
Order Timeline:
- Order: 2 weeks
- Production: 4-6 weeks
- Shipping from CA to PA: 1 week
- Custom embroidery: 2-3 weeks
- Final packaging and shipping: 2-4 weeks
