Chris Barreda is 20 years old and has lived in Austin, Texas his whole life. Currently in his junior year at Austin Community College, he is pursuing a degree in Automotive Science. He previously studied Music Performance and Music Education at the University of North Texas.

After a four-year marching career with the Vandegrift High School Marching Band, Chris marched two years with Guardians. He will be aging out this year in his third season as a Cadet.
