Evan grew up a military kid, but the closest thing he has to a hometown is Moore, Okla. He is currently a senior at the University of Colorado-Boulder, studying Civil Engineering. He also does Construction Safety research with the university and plans to pursue a graduate degree and continue his research after completing his undergrad this spring.

2023 is Evan’s eighth year in the marching arts. Before becoming a Cadet in 2021, he was a member of the Troopers from 2016 to 2019. He has worked as a marching band technician for two years now with different high schools.

In addition to school and drum corps, Evan participates in Air Force ROTC at CU Boulder. He loves to read, spend time outdoors, exercise, and watch movies.

"I'm really excited for the opportunity to serve as Horn Sergeant for the brass line this year, and I can't wait to show the drum corps world what The Cadets are all about this season!" he said.
