Megan Smith is a native of Purcellville, Va. She is a junior at George Mason University, in Fairfax County, Va., pursuing Bachelor's in Environmental and Sustainability Studies

Originally a clarinetist for four years, Megan was the Drum Major of her high school marching band her senior year. She started spinning in 2018 with the Woodgrove High School Winter Guard and continued through the 2019 season.

Megan is currently marching her second season with the George Mason University World Winter Guard and her third with The Cadets. She has been a member of The Cadets Color Guard since 2021.
