DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING DEMAND FOR A COMBINED BRASS, WINDS, AND PERCUSSION CLINIC, THE CADETS ARE HOSTING A TWO-DAY VIRTUAL CLINIC FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS OF JULY.

Hosted by Cadets Program Facilitator and Battery Arranger, Tom Aungst, and Brass Caption Manager, Dr. Matt Stratton, all ages and all abilities are welcome!

This virtual clinic will not only include percussion and brass, but also woodwinds.

Thursday and Friday, July 30 and 31, 2020 10am to 3pm (including breaks)

What students will do and learn:

BATTERY AND KEYBOARD PERCUSSION

● Learn Cadets style exercises for battery and keyboard.
● Learn Cadets style music.
● Learn and play from Tom Aungst and The Cadets percussion staff.
● Talk to the 2021 Cadets membership and listen to them play.
● Learn Cadets style movement and choreography.

WINDS AND BRASS

● Includes all wind instruments and brass instruments
● Learn the fundamentals of The Cadets brass system.
● Learn Cadets encore tune written by Brass Arranger, Jay Bocook.
● Learn how to practice more efficiently.
● Learn Cadets style movement and choreography.
● Perform with Dr. Matt Stratton and members of The Cadets.
