CAE SEEKS BOARD MEMBERS
CADETS ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT (CAE) IS LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED, TALENTED PROFESSIONALS TO JOIN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS THIS FALL.
The CAE Board of Directors comprises leaders from the nonprofit and for-profit sector who are dedicated to the organization’s mission. The Board and its committees are critical organizational resources, providing the cutting-edge skills and innovative thinking needed to build a sustainable long-term future for The Cadets.
In addition to the standard roles and responsibilities of a board member, our members are active advocates and ambassadors for the organization and are fully engaged in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for CAE to advance its mission.
“While CAE is only a year old, we are already thinking about the important job of strengthening the Board for the long haul,” said John Broschak, Chair of the CAE Governance and Nominating Committee. “We will recruit a new class of four to five members each year to ensure that Board leadership remains active, innovative, and relevant,” he said.
The next Board class for CAE will begin service in November 2022 and will serve a three-year term.
The organization is looking to bolster its access to specific skill sets, including:
- Education
- Strategic communications and outreach
- Printing and media production
However, candidates from all backgrounds and generations are encouraged to apply, as we look to build a Board that represents the diverse range of past, current and future Cadets.
