The Cadets Power The Cadets

POWER THE CADETS: THANK YOU!

In 2021, The Cadets brought Shall Always Be to the field and audiences to their feet. Somehow, after a year and a half apart and only a few weeks together, they put on a full-length program worthy of the corps’ “tradition of excellence,” and it had the drum corps community talking. “The Cadets are back!” — Renewed, refreshed, and as true to their roots as they have ever been.

From an organizational perspective, this success means even more. The Cadets’ new non-profit parent company, Cadets Arts & Entertainment, Inc., was founded just as COVID-19 was changing everything we knew about the marching arts. As a result, the summer of 2021 was made possible by hundreds of alumni, family members, and fans who believe in this corps’ ability to thrive in spite of adversity. And The 2021 Cadets did not disappoint. Every performance this season was, in a sense, a thank-you letter to the donors who made it possible.

Our Power The Cadets fundraiser consisted of three parts this year: Donors sponsored meals, gave towards the cost of fuel, and contributed supplies in-kind. All in all, the following people fully covered 25 days-worth of meals for the corps, purchased 576 gallons of fuel, and sent 40+ much-needed items from Amazon.

THANK YOU to our 2021 Power The Cadets Donors for this incredible season of Shall Always Be:
