SPRING TRAINING & MAIL DROP INFO
OVERVIEW & HOUSING
The Cadets will move into Spring Training on Monday, June 28, 2021. Check-in will begin in St. Anne Hall at 12 p.m. that day, followed by the Welcome Meeting and an evening rehearsal block. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for daily schedules, photos, and more!
Anna Maria College is a private, Catholic, liberal-arts college located in Paxton, Mass. The campus is 20 minutes from Worchester, Mass. and an hour from Boston. The Cadets will be housed in an air-conditioned dorm on campus.
PROTOCOLS
The Cadets will follow all CDC guidelines and COVID-19 protocols, as the health and welfare of our members, staff, and volunteers is at the forefront of everything we do.
This event is for all Brass, Percussion and Color Guard contracted members of The 2021 Cadets. During the season, all attendees will remain with the corps at all times. We operate as a closed corps. No outside visitors are permitted.
Everyone is required to have signed up before arriving at spring training. Upon successfully completing the registration process, you will be provided a wristband.
MAIL & CARE PACKAGES
Beginning July 1, family members, alumni, and fans may send a care package to a Cadet through a third-party vendor. Care packages will be delivered on July 16 and August 2. More information will be available soon!
Everyone attending Spring Training will be able to receive mail through our housing site. Letters and packages are welcome, but packages must not exceed 12” x 12” x 12” — the size of a large priority shipping box. Mail MUST arrive at this location before Wednesday, July 28. Due to a shortened summer tour, no mail drops will be offered after July 28. The mail room at Anna Maria College does NOT accept packages on the weekends, so please make note of that when shipping items. Please use this address when sending mail to our members or staff:
