Mark has been a volunteer with the Cadets since 1995. He is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, with a background in business leadership, operations, finance, and contracts in the aerospace industry. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Bryce Space and Technology, LLC in Alexandria VA. He is also an experienced freelance musician and manager and board chair of the Cathedral Brass, a large brass ensemble based in Vienna Virginia.

John currently serves as an Executive with Consumers Energy, a Fortune 500 Gas and Electric Utility based in Michigan. John brings extensive operations and management experience to the Cadets team along with multiple non-profit board engagements. Throughout his life, he has been a fan, performer, instructor, parent, volunteer, and strong supporter within the Marching Arts.
Aundre is a CPA and works within the audit and assurance practice with Deloitte and Touche, one of the largest and most prestigious international professional services networks in the world. Aundre’s professional experience includes performing audits over financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting for large publicly traded fortune 500 companies and private companies in the US and Australia. Aundre marched with the Crossmen in 2009 and Carolina Crown in 2008 and 2010 -2011 serving as drum major in 2011.
Vicki Ferrence RayCompliance Officer
Vicki is the former Executive Director for Youth Education in the Arts where she was responsible for leading all operations from 2018-2019. Prior to her service to YEA, she was Chief National Programs Officer for Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership the nation’s premier youth leadership development organization. She provides expertise in legal and regulatory compliance, youth protection, organizational planning and development, and executive leadership.
A member of the Cadets Hall of Fame, Cindi has provided volunteer support to the corps for over 35 years and is the leader of the North New Jersey Alumni Association. She has coordinated numerous events, including the 85th Anniversary Celebration, the Alumni Christmas Party, and the “Caps for the Cadets” campaign. Cindi’s professional background is in human resources management.
A member of The Cadets Hall of Fame and the New Jersey Drum Corps Hall of Fame, Greg has supported the Corps as a member, volunteer, fundraiser, and leader spanning six decades.
In addition to his illustrious career with The Cadets, Greg continues to stay active as a brass performer with the Skyliners Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps.
Greg is a sales professional and account manager in the health care services and medical device industries.
Denise recently retired from MetLife as an officer of the company for 16 of her 35-year career. During Denise’s tenure at MetLife, her “hands-on” approach brought her to the front- line managing Insurance Product Software Development. Denise has been involved in Pageantry for over 4 decades in roles as Performer, Choreographer, Technician, Designer, Manager, Director, Consultant, and Advisor. Denise was inducted into the WGI Hall of Fame class of 2000, the Massachusetts Drum Corps Hall of Fame class of 2012, and Drum Corps International Hall of Fame class of 2016.
Alyssa is a lawyer practicing federal criminal defense, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and land use law. Ms. Cimino is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She has taught color guards for various high school bands and was an instructor for The Cadets color guard in 1983 and 1984 and the Star of Indiana Drum Corps in 1985 and 1986. Ms. Cimino is a founding member and President of the New Jersey Network of Judges, a judging association for indoor color guard.
Joan provides expertise in fundraising, community relations, and non-profit management derived from over a decade of leadership in charitable organizations in southern Nevada. She has particular expertise in corporate philanthropy, donor relations, and fundraising project management.
Tom has been involved with the performing arts since 1990 with the Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps. Tom the Raiders Director from 2000 to 2016. He was the 2005 DCI Director of the Year for Division 3 and served on the DCI Division 2/3/Open Class Advisory Committee for 10 years. Tom was also Director of Cadets 2 in 2018. The NJ Hall of Fame inducted Tom in 2013. Tom started his own insurance agency and now is co-owner of Maiello & Manzi Insurance Agency, founded in 2010. He has been an insurance industry professional for 30 years, experienced working with small to large clients in risk management for personal and commercial insurance.
Eric has been involved in the marching arts for over 40 years. He is a Regional Sales Manager for Stanbury Uniforms and the National Sales Manager for DigitalMarchingFX.com. Eric has been awarded high honors for design from many associations, including the Printing Industry of America. He has also won national awards for creativity in marketing. He has managed projects with the NFL, MLB, NHL, and many Fortune 1000 companies in the NJ/NYC area. Eric has been part of the faculty of several drum corps, including Star of Indiana and Phantom Regiment. He was Director of the Blue Stars and Director of Marketing and Business Development for Carolina Crown as well. His adjudication background includes DCI, BOA, and WGI and he is a designer/clinician across the United States with many state and national finalists and championships.
Sam marched in The Cadets from 1998-2003, playing contrabass from 1998-2001 and serving as drum major in 2002 and 2003. Sam is the founder and managing attorney of Walker Saunders, P.C., a boutique law firm that represents stakeholders in technology transactions and in general commercial matters, especially in connection with venture capital transactions. Sam lives in Asheville, North Carolina with his family.
A resident of Dayton, Ohio, Ann serves as the Director of Clinical Services as a Registered Nurse for a Home Health agency. She has 30 years of nursing, management, and teaching experience in the areas of safety, and medical policy and procedures, and she has a wide variety of medical hands-on skills. Ann has been involved in the marching arts since 1974 in roles such as Performer, Choreographer, Technician, Assistant Director.
