Cadets ’07-'12
Mallory is a progressive people leader in the tech industry. A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Master’s Program in Human Resource Management, Mallory has been the first HR hire for scaling tech companies where she builds the HR and recruiting infrastructure form the ground up. She is passionate about bringing the human experience and mental health into the workplace, and is a strong advocate for the future world of work. She is an active contributor to her profession and her community as a Chapter Lead for Culture Amp, and as a member of other professional development organizations in the HR/ People Operations space. In addition to her time with the Cadets Color Guard, Mallory marched with the Boston Crusaders, Magic of Orlando, and Braddock Independent Winter Guard. Mallory also served as a colorguard instructor for 11 years, and an adjudicator for 6 years.
