Cadets Welcome Member Coordinator
Cadets Arts & Entertainment is pleased to welcome Israel DeMello to The Cadets Support Staff in the role of Member Coordinator.
"I have a deep love for The Cadets," Israel said. "I have called this corps home for the past few years, and I am excited to take on this role and help the organization move forward in a positive direction."
Israel began his marching arts career as a member of the Independence High School Marching Band in Thompson Station, Tenn. He was also a member of the Independence Winter Guard from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, he joined the DCI community as a member of Music City Drum Corps. Israel has been involved with The Cadets since 2018, when he joined the corps' summer admin team.
Israel holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia State Community College. In addition to his member relations role with The Cadets, he is a Texas Law Enforcement Officer specializing in Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
2022 marks Israel's tenth year as a business owner, as he is also the founder and CEO of Demello Productions, an award winning production company based out of Nashville.
