Join us for a fun and festive new virtual event series starting this Thursday!

Cadets Alumna and Interim CEO Vicki Ferrence Ray will host a holiday happy hour Zoom call to chat about the current season and all things Cadets on Thursday, December 22, at 7:30 p.m. EST/4:30 p.m. PST.

The Cadets Cocktail Hour will be a new monthly event series exclusively for Maroon and Gold+ Monthly Donors and Leadership Donors who contribute $500 or more annually.

Here's your Cadets Cocktail recipe for December:

Vicki's Easy Pomegranate Martini

1 oz pomegranate vodka
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz pomegranate soda (may substitute Cherry 7-Up, Cranberry Sprite, etc.)
1 T fresh pomegranate seeds
3 maraschino cherries

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the pomegranate vodka and pomegranate juice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass and top with one ounce of soda of your choice, pomegranate seeds, and cherries.

For a virgin Pomegranate Martini, simply leave out the vodka.
