Job Overview
The Cadets are looking to add a member to the audio team. Candidates wanting a background in audio engineering are encouraged to apply here.
Applicants should have an educational mindset and energy aimed towards self improvement through experience. The Cadets Sound Department’s focus is to be selfless and aware that our goals are to make others the best they can be.
Experience in audio is preferred, but not required. However, a desire to learn audio at a high level should be paramount.
Dates required: Mid May, 2023 through Aug 12, 2023
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining the system
- Troubleshooting any issues
- Deploying the system multiple times a day
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn
- Basic computer experience
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Experience of soldering
- Ability to be on tour from mid/late May through August 12
Compensation
This in an unpaid internship. The Cadets will provide travel to and from tour, and all transportation, housing and food will be provided. Volunteers and interns will be considered for this position, and compensation will be negotiated if applicable.
