Step 1 – SIGN UP

All members, staff, and volunteers must sign up in advance

• Sign up as staff
• Sign up as volunteer

Step 2 – COMPLETE FORMS

All members, staff, and volunteers must complete forms.

You only need to complete these forms one time per year. Click here to see if you’ve already completed this step (you must be signed in first).

• Complete Acknowledgement of Policies
• Complete Waiver (for all members, staff, volunteers)
• Complete Waiver (for parents with minors in the corps)

Step 3 – MEDICAL INFORMATION

All members, staff, and volunteers must submit medical information.
